Thank you for your interest in my graphics. Here are a few terms of use you must follow.
By purchasing my graphics you agree to these terms whether you have read these terms or not. These are legal terms of use, and are binding.

1.) You may only tube my lineart if you purchase a tube license.

2.) Purchasing my lineart does not give you rights to claim as your own. You MAY NOT claim as your own.

3.) You may not alter my lineart in any way except to color/re-color the lines. You may add your own shading of course
and you may also draw your own clothing. You still do not have rights to claim as your own.

4.) You may not “give” away or share my lineart in lineart form. THIS IS NOT NEGOTIABLE! My lineart may not be resold as lineart from your site.

5.) You may use your creations to sell web sets, word press themes, signature tags and premade adoptions etc etc. Please provide a link of credit back on each page. This needs to be a NON removable link!

6.) Never assume that because it’s not listed here that is it acceptable to do, when in doubt please always ask before doing.

7.) You may not chop my lineart up, in any way. Please ask me if there is a certain pose you’d like to see and I will do my best to see it happen.

8.) If you have a “joint” site (meaning if there is more than one owner) all people must pay for the tubing license. No exceptions! The tubing fee is $10 per person. Ask me if there is a special deal for more than 2 site owners. I’ll see what I can do : )

9.)  I reserve the right to refuse service/sale to anyone for any reason I see fit. : )

10.) You must display the logo provided upon purchase of Lineart on the same page you display my lineart.

11.) You may not rename my lineart. The character’s name’s will remain as is. : )

12.) Persons that purchase my lineart for any use must provide a text link on the same page my lineart is being used on, please link to www.peapodpixels.com

13.) You may not recolor, alter or offer my SigTags in any way. They are for your personal use only.

14.) You must make an end use product from my lineart. End use means, signature tags, premade adoptions, web sets, word press themes, stationeries etc. In other words, you may not offer blank SigTags etc for download. This is a very broad area of my terms, feel free to ask me anything before you make a decision.

15.) I reserve the right to add/modify these terms of use as needed. I will not notify you if I do. It is up to you to check back and make sure that you are following my terms of use.

16.)You are not to alter anything from my site in any way, ever. Thanks!

17.)You must enable the no right click on your site, at least. I prefer you to use a full array of image theft codes, though. This is to protect my graphics, myself, the graphics of artist's
of whom I have colored lines, or used tubes from and yourself from theft. This isn't negotiable. You can obtain free codes here: http://www.dynamicdrive.com/

18.) You may NOT share my graphics in Yahoo! groups, MSN groups, Google groups or anything similar to those. They're NOT to be sent through snag & share groups PERIOD.

**As I make new poses, clothing and accessories for my lineart, I will notify you by e-mail and send you the additional items, free of cost. This only applies to set's that you have purchased and not for just any set on site. **
